Volunteer Requirements:
Kiski North PTO and state law require all members to keep at least two valid clearances on file, renewed every 60 months (5 years.) Those clearances are the Act 34- PA State Police Criminal Record Check and Act 151- Pennsylvania Child Abuse History Clearance.
NOTE- If you have NOT been a PA resident for the past 10 consecutive years, then a third clearance, the Act 114- FBI fingerprint clearance is also required. If you HAVE been a resident of PA for the past 10 consecutive years, you will then submit a yearly Act 153 Volunteer Affidavit instead. Please see the links to all required clearances and the affidavit below.

Submit your clearances and/or affidavit by Friday, September 18 please via the following methods:
- Sending them to school in an envelope labeled PTO Membership.
